These are revolutionary non-product skincare treatments (A few treatments I will use a gentle cleanser and light oil only when needed) With my holistic view the body gives us everything we need as long as we live a healthy lifestyle. These treatments are to assist the bodies systems. With the circulation to bring nutrients and oxygen to the skin.

GLOW 

(Reset Facial)

Healthy skin is all about what’s going on inside your body and not the products you use. Stress will show up on your face as things like dark circles, acne, dull skin, puffiness and more. I will work with your skin to allow more circulation, energy and detoxification by using a deep massage to release fascia, facial reflexology, a lymphatic drainage. And the added bonus of activating the healing powers of the nervous system, you should see immediate results. The 90 min we can add Gua Sha or the Tunning Fork treatments.

BALANCE

(Five Elements Facial)

Facial reflexology results can be impressive, when practiced daily. We can address many issues by using the principle of balancing the Five elements. With a stainless-steel detector I will work the reflex points on the face by following a complex system of diagrams. I will be looking for clues to where stagnation is happening within the body. As I work the areas the stagnation begins to clear. Maintenance and awareness are important.

FLOW

(Lymphatic Facial)

Beginning with a light facial cleanse. This Lymphatic facial is very relaxing and very gentle, it is a light massage treatment that will enhance the circulation in your face by delivering oxygen around the skin and pushing waste and toxins out of the lymph nodes.

RELEASE

(Gua Sha Facial)

Beginning with a light facial cleanse. Gua Sha will stimulates the dermis layer of the skin to improve elasticity and release the tension to relax your facial muscles by using a flat piece of jade or rose quartz on the face in upward strokes.

Monthly event - Spa Day

This will be a workshop setting. Learn the DIY facial of the month. Each participant will have a station at the table that includes a mirror, a gentle cleanser, a raw facial mask, natural moisturizer and lip care. I will guide you through the skin care that you probably already have in your kitchen pantry.

You will take home a recipe card from that month’s DIY facial.
